Chen Weili, the son of Shanghai's former Party chief Chen Liangyu, was jailed for three years in Tianjin last month because of his involvement in the Shanghai pension-fund scandal.

Both Chens were accused of misusing the city's pension fund via lending a media company 1 billion yuan.
