about us: clients & case studies

Our clients

In Asia, our consultants based in our regional office in Singapore have the capabilities to assist both SMEs and large companies in both the private and public sectors. Our Asia office has been set up so that we can be closer to our multinational clients based in Singapore and the rest of Asia.  Our international clients include Avon Cosmetics, the Economist, Getty Images, MTV,  and Vanco plc  to name just a few.

A client speaks about us

Vanco plc
Vanco contacted a number of benefits consultants when they wanted to implement flexible benefits but, with the notable exception of thomsons online benefits, they were told that what they wanted to achieve with their preferred timescale and budget was impossible. “We were impressed by their understanding and confidence and that we would be working globally with one party for the benefit advice, communication, software and ongoing administration.”

MTV
As an innovative and exciting global brand, MTV felt that its previous reward package wasn't quite the image that the company wanted to portray to both current and potential employees.
MTV worked with thomsons online benefits to design its flexible benefits scheme, based around a food theme that was aimed to transform employee thinking from 'What do I get?' to 'What do I need?' Food was perceived to represent a universal language that individuals can relate to.

The flex scheme was branded the "MTV Benefit Store", and the website was designed to imitate a shop including using the same fonts as on a till receipt.

The scheme was communicated in a creative way. On the day of the launch, all employees received the MTV Benefit Store brochure placed inside a mini MTV Benefit Store shopping trolley.
Employees can travel along the virtual aisles and select the benefits or ingredients they need.

Worklife Strategy
A charitable organization helping children with cancer in Singapore has been experiencing high staff turnover and low staff morale.  During a focus group discussion to improve the work life balance of the employees, we identified that benefits could be improved and that many employees would like to have the ability to customize their benefits to suit their individual situations.  Our consultants helped the organization conduct a feasibility study and designed a flexible benefits program that included, among other items, the flexibility for the employees to take up additional leave or give up some leave in exchange for more credits to buy other benefits.
